Linking up with the Beetle Shack for Weekly Stills.
I don't know what happened to this week! I've literally got no time to upload the photos from my camera, so you get the mobile pictures from this morning's adventures: selfies in the bathroom, Sunday shoes, doughnuts and whipped cream coffee, and our first-time Eastern Rite Mass. It was Maronite, half in Lebanese and half English, with writing in Arabic, and had the most beautiful Divine Liturgy music I have ever heard (outside of the Vatican).
More on that later. So tired, and have to be up early in the morning. Coming soon: a What I Wore Sunday (I hope) and (FINALLY) Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone final chapter review on Spinning Straw into Gold.
Hope your week was just as sweet, and not so busy!

ReplyDeleteI've been at a lot of Orthodox liturgies with the music that comes out of the Byzantine tradition and is in Arabic, with many Lebanese. It is very moving music and so worshipful! Blessings on your day!
ReplyDeleteThose doughnuts--Oh my goodness. So yummy!
